This Policy applies to the products sold though operated by River Engineering Pvt. Ltd (REPL). References to “PetriMedCA”, “US”, “WE”, and “OUR” in this policy refer to REPL that manufactures, markets, and provides sales support for the medical devices under the brand PetriMed CA™.

We request you to read this policy carefully. By using this website, you accept the policy and other terms that apply to any product sold through this site, without limitation or qualification.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order until the product is shipped. The cancellation process may take up to 24 hours from the time the cancellation request has been accepted. REPL will refund the amount after deducting transaction cost.

Please note, once the order placed by you is shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

Replacement Policy:

All products sold on our website are covered under our 10-Day Replacement Guarantee. You need to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of installation. Our policy allows us to proceed with the replacement request within a specified timeline only if the product is found to be technically defective.

After receiving your replacement request, our service team will appoint a service engineer who will visit your premise and check the device. If your request stands valid, we will begin the replacement process that may take up to 24 hours from the time of inspection.    

Return Policy:

All products sold on our website are covered under our 10-Day Return Guarantee. Let us know about any problems or defects within 10 days from the date of installation, and our support team will contact you to check if your return request qualifies for the further procedure. Damage cost will be borne by you if the request is approved.

In case of cash on delivery (COD), you will have to provide bank details or a canceled cheque for the refund.

Product ordered through this website can be returned only under the following conditions:

a.     If the product delivered is defective, or not working properly

b.     The seal on the box has been damaged at the time of delivery; and/or the box is missing essential tools

The product purchased from this website will not be eligible for returns under the following conditions:

a.     Product that has been unboxed in the absence of our engineers/technicians

b.     Product’s original package has been tempered, and/or serial number is missing

c.      Return request will not be approved for non-technical reasons like colour shade difference etc.

d.     Products should be in their original packaging along with the original price tags, user manual, labels and invoice.

Return Process:

You shall raise a return request on [email protected] or call at 01206749910 within 10 working days from the date of installation.

For all Damaged/Wrong product delivered, you will be required to provide following things:

a.     Images of all sides of brand box

b.     Image of damaged part

c.      Serial number printed on box and product both.

d.     Our Returns Team will evaluate the documents/photos and pick-up will be arranged if the return reason complies with our policy and is approved by our Returns Team.


Please note, REPL reserves the right to cancel all requests at any time.
